Dear Abe Lincoln,
Sucks that you got shot before you could see your plan actually work, but guess what??? Today there are no more slaves in the United States and black people have all of the same rights that white people have. A big thanks goes to the Civil Rights movement that was lead by Martain Luther King Jr. to get those rights for blacks. Thanks to you slavery was ended. If not for you, the US would prbably still have slaves so thanks for your contribution in the movement towards equal rights for all.
